The PTO started the Honorary Service Award several years ago to recognize a PTO volunteer each year that has gone above and beyond in service for Waverly Belmont. There is a plaque in the front vestibule of the school recognizing each volunteer who receives this award. This year we would like to honor Margaret Harrison with the Honorary Service Award. Margaret's son Will attended WB from kindergarten to fifth grade, and her son James will be completing 5th grade at WB this year and moving on to Middle School. Margaret has been an instrumental volunteer over the years serving as PTO President among other key roles for the PTO. She led the PTO out of the covid years and set the stage for the PTO to grow, creating the structure we needed to carry the organization forward. There's no question the PTO wouldn't be what it is today without Margaret's leadership and volunteer hours. Thank you so much Margaret for all you've poured into WB!

PTO COMMUNICATIONS SURVEY
As we close out one year and look towards the next, we would be so appreciative if you would take a quick 5 minutes to respond to this survey about PTO communications! There is always lots of information about school events and we want your feedback on our communication - what has been helpful, what isn't working, etc. Your input will help us continue to streamline how we connect with our community and share important school and PTO information!

If for any reason that you're unable to attend the art show and you've preordered your child's framed art before the day of the art show, it will be given to your child's homeroom teacher upon the next 1-5 days.
If you do not see your child's artwork online from the homeroom teacher link, please check the grade level link on the website or their art will be displayed at the in-person art show. All students artwork pieces are in alphabetical order, according to each student's first name.
Thank you for supporting the arts and students at Waverly Belmont and we look forward to seeing you there.
