We officially broke ground at our new school Mayor Karl Dean and Principal Kimber Halliburton led the celebration, which included groundbreaking by future students and a host of local leaders. Mayor Dean joined Principal Halliburton, Waverly Belmont families and local leaders at the official Waverly Belmont Elementary School groundbreaking October 18, 2014.
